Mudassar Khalid Abbasi is among Pakistan's most experienced legal professionals — a practitioner who has traversed the full breadth of the country's legal landscape, from district courts to the Supreme Court of Pakistan, and from the bar to the bench.
His legal journey began in 1992 when he enrolled as an Advocate with the Punjab Bar Council. Over the following years, he built a formidable practice across civil, constitutional, corporate, and criminal law.
In 2005, he was appointed Assistant Advocate General, Punjab — representing the Government of Punjab before the Lahore High Court and the Supreme Court. Over fifty cases from this tenure were reported in leading legal journals.
Enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court in 2008, he was elevated to the bench of the Lahore High Court in 2016, where he authored approximately 2,709 judgments. Today, as Founder of MKA Legal Consultants and Senior Legal Advisor at the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, he continues to serve at the highest levels of Pakistan's legal system.
Admitted to the Punjab Bar Council, commencing a legal career defined by rigorous advocacy and a deep commitment to the law.
